Recent projects

Goods Yard

Goods Yard is a recently completed mixed use development in Stoke, next to the railway station and Trent and Mersey Canal, on a site formerly occupied by the council. The council has redeveloped the site to create a new neighbourhood of 174 rental homes, 30,000 sq ft of workspace, independent bars and eateries, and a new public square.

Smithfield

Smithfield is a £200m mixed-use regeneration scheme that delivered high-quality Grade A offices within the heart of the city centre together with public library, build-to-rent apartments and 140-bed hotel, set within attractive public realm on the site of the former Smithfield bottle works.

Providing 217,000 square feet of grade A and managed office space, office tenants include BT plc, Livescore, David Group, Home Office, NHS and Staffordshire Police.
